Through personalized yoga techniques emphasizing breath control, gentle movement, and alignment, you will learn methods to strengthen core muscles, enhance proprioception, and reduce the risk of falls or injury. Suitable for all levels, this workshop combines traditional yoga therapy with modern therapeutic practices to support your overall well-being.
